No Meat Athlete


This page is my homage to Matt Frazier, the founder of No Meat Athlete (NMA).

NMA is my go to for everything running related – it is there that I get ideas of who to read up on for nutrition advice, new methods to try and just generally everything that comes with being a plant based runner. I listen to NMA podcasts on my runs and always come home with a tonne of things to try and things to think about, from the Maffetone method, Brendan Brazier’s Thrive diet, Rich Roll and thinking about how to get some headspace, if you are vegan and a runner, or just one of the two, I urge you to check it out at
