Welcome to The Vegan Boxer. In basic terms, it’s exactly what it says on the tin.
Over the coming months, I’ll be documenting my training and nutrition in the process of getting fighting fit. What for? A few reasons:
1. To demonstrate that it is possible to get fight ready without eating meat;
2. To prove that you can be vegan and not a hippy;
3. To keep me motivated with a visible track record;
4. Hopefully to inspire readers to try boxing or even become vegan.
I’ll be giving the details of my workouts alongside progress on weight and body fat, as well as an idea of the things I’m eating.
